There are manatees in a protected pond in the Botanical Gardens in Georgetown. They eat grass, so people pull grass and feed them. Sometimes they come all the way out of the water to get the grass, but not today. You can't see how huge this guy is because the water is cloudy. Take my word for it, he's big and has a face only a mother could love.
